Financial Aid Woe

So I called the financial aid office for the third time to figure out why I haven't received my financial aid package yet (I was supposed to have received it in mid-June). Spent what felt like at least 15 minutes on hold, talked to a guy who insisted that the Financial Aid office did not have proof that I was a U.S. citizen.
Alright, I could remedy that. So I took my passport, photocopied it in the library, then went to the computer lab to print out the form I needed to submit the passport photocopy with, filled out the form, and went in person to the Financial Aid office.
Got in line, waited, went up to the window... to find out that they already had a copy of my passport on file. So my financial aid package got delayed for absolutely no reason!!! Which means there is no way that I'm going to get any university grant. It'll be 100% loan, minus perhaps a few thousand dollars of Federal Work Study money.
And this is my reward for submitting my tax return and FAFSA and every necessary piece of paper work on time?!? *grumbles*
