George Mason: Cinderella Story No More

sparkly_stuff, so_severus, and two others at Silk Road Palace. Hopped on over to Brother Jimmy's for the Fish Bowl (the blue version) afterwards. I'm glad there were five of us. It didn't take long at all to finish up that giant bowl of a (very sweet) concoction.
While there, I saw the end of the George Mason vs. Old Dominion game -- Old Dominion made a buzzer 3-point shot at the end of the 2nd half to tie up the game, then winning in overtime to defeat George Mason, 66-56. All the while I was thinking, I would hate to be on the George Mason team, literally having victory snatched away at something like 0.5 second left in regulation.
There were other games playing at Brother Jimmy's, but my attention was quickly turned to the Fish Bowl *g*
