It's still too early to look, but I'm going to have to start thinking about what's next pretty soon. Roommate A mentioned maybe she, fiance J, and I could stay in 6K together (they'll take the large room and I'll move into the small room), so if anything, that's an option. But they might want to buy their own place too -- definitely not 6K though, seeing how the latest sold announcement for another unit in our building went for $750,000.
