Date: 2005-09-04 12:49 pm (UTC)I'm an RPI alumnus (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute). They're also taking students from the area around RPI who were going to ANY Gulf Coast university, tuition-free (they'll have to handle room & board themselves, but the idea is they'd live at home and commute). Just an FYI. I posted the letter from RPI in my LJ.

Date: 2005-09-04 01:27 pm (UTC)Since you used to be from RPI... do you happen to know Andy Cole? I met him years ago at an IV chapter camp, and then we overlapped a year when we were both interning at IV. Since I moved to NYC I've seen him a few times when he would visit the City.
If you know who I'm talking about, then what a small world it is!
