I only get a 12-hour day today

Woke up today, checked the time, and it said 12:00 noon. Ack! There went half the day. But there was a reason for my sleepyheaded-ness.

Where I was last night: Mica's bar, 50th Street, between 2nd and 3rd Aves, and sunnydlita's dig.
Who was there: A whole lot of people, including sunnydlita and everydaysushi.
Why I was there: It was sunnydlita's housewarming and birthday party.
Drinks I had: 2
Kinds of dessert I had: 4 or 5
Pictures taken: Lots, cameras kept flashing.
Minutes spent waiting to take the subway home: ~ 15?
Subway mice seen: 2
Time I got home: 3:30 a.m.
Time I went to bed: 4:00 a.m.

So I got a full "night" of sleep, eight healthy hours ^_^

There were surprisingly a lot of people in the subway on my trip home. The section of the train I was in was about a third full. People really don't sleep in New York...

They were pretty far away (on the other side of the track), and one of them quite small, like a baby/child mouse. I must have been in way too good a mood. I thought they were cute last night ;)
