All Hallow's Eve

Happy Halloween!!!

My Halloween randomness:

• I didn't have a costume. Me = lame.
  
• I did wear the Gryffindor tie that I bought from vlamidala and the wand that I got from mommadala. But without a robe or the signature school sweater, I just looked like a kid going to private school who has to wear uniform.
  
• The kiddies at my middle school have no Halloween spirit. All they wanted were candies.
  
• However, one of the kiddies, a sixth grader, kept pointing his plastic sword at me when he was supposed to be doing independent reading.
  
• The kiddies kept asking me if I go to Catholic school. I lose at costuming.
  
• On the other hand, tanechigai looks BEAUTIFUL as a punk girl. Very stunningly punkish.
  
• Haha, people actually asked me if I were going Trick-or-Treating. Do I look 6???

At least my kiddies no longer think that I'm an eighth grader invading their class.

I had class all night, so I missed the Village Halloween parade

On my way home from class, I met a bunch of costumed people looking for West 4th Street. I gave directions to Spanky the Man Who Was Wearing a Toga. *g*

That's it for my rather uneventful Halloween. Hope you were all more festive than I was.

I did laundry for Halloween, yay! Incidentally, I've been looking for a Ravenclaw scarf. I guess no official one exists, though I didn't realize there are individuals who make money selling homemade Harry Potter costumes!

I'm pretty sure people sell Harry Potter scarves, since it has such market potential. Maybe you can search for some online stores? It's after Halloween, so hopefully prices are back to normal. vlamidala's store is www.wizardties.com.
