Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been busy. Besides, my life's not interesting to write about: writing papers, writing more papers, going to work, writing still more papers...

But, the end is near. I'll be done in a week, and maybe I'll start writing read-worthy posts again.

Drive-by comments:
~ Saw the Narnia movie with tanechigai and my roommate. Narnia is ♥
~ Glad the shirts arrived to their proper new owners! ^___^
~ I lose at Flash. All I know is how to make buttons, not how to embed movies (which, er, is kind of the whole point of Flash).
~ I've been craving salmon sashimi lately.
~ Had excellent Middle Eastern food at the departmental holiday party tonight. That was the tamest party ever, everyone was talking about the papers that are due in the next few days.
~ Speaking of papers... *goes off to write more*

you could always go to flashkit.com for online flash tutorial. they often have step by step basic tutorial and advance *G* some of them even have pictures to show the steps

i wonder when i'll get out of my writing funk. i haven't been writing much, just icon-ing or doing nothing. i have stories in my head i just can't write. i think it's because i'm volunteering sometimes 6 hours a day and i'm in the car for like almost 2 hours and i'm just really tired and i just can't think.

but yes i see the pressy and it makes me quite excited :).

hey, if you're ever back in the LA area soon, you should eat at the sushi place I work at...they have the BEST sushi i've ever had at very reasonable prices...as a lover of salmon sushi/sashimi myself, it gets my wholehearted endorsement!

Yes, I do plan to take a short trip to LA in January. Where do you work? (Does this mean I might get to run into you?)

I take this as a true recommendation. Usually people learn to hate the food at the place they work at ;)

I work at B&F Japanese Restaurant in Ontario. It is actually an hour east of LA, but if you happen to be out that way (i.e. Ontario Airport=JetBlue), maybe we could meet up!

I'm not so far from Ontario myself! In fact, my parents prefer it whenever I fly in at Ontario instead of LAX, although I tend to find cheaper tickets going through LAX :p
