Fake graduation and links

Happy Cinco de Mayo!
I finally picked up my cap and gown! It's not going to be a "real" graduation for me, since I haven't even started writing my thesis yet, but I felt giddy when holding my graduation package anyway. I also got tickets: Convocation next Monday afternoon (May 8) for the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences -- the one where they'll actually read my name), and the university-wide Ceremony on Thursday (May 11), when I'll most likely just bake in the sun, unless it rains.
Some news links:
BBC: Doctor defends IVF for women, 63 - this woman is in her 60s and is a couple of months away from giving birth.
GameSpot: DS Lite his US June 11 for $129.99 - am improved version of the Nintendo handheld device, the DS, most notably the addition of the LCD screens. Hmm... me wants.
SI.com: Golf Capsules - Go Michelle Wie! "The American teen made the cut in a men's professional tournament."
TIME: Next Head of the CIA? - learn about CIA director replacement candidate Michael Hayden.
Yahoo!News: Japanese garbage firm gets to keep $275,000 found in trash - *runs off and goes look in trash bins*
