'Tis Christmas, and not a creature is stirring...

I had/am having a quiet Christmas, and it's so nice. I went to an Episcopal Christmas Eve service last night, then again this morning at 11. The Anglican-style ritual was strangely comforting. Sometimes I'm not so sure if I could fit in long-term among the young, middle to upper-middle class, homogenous cross section of the evangelical church that I sometimes go to. I mean, I *am* pretty much all those things, but I'm considering transitioning to All Angel's, an Episcopal church with a commitment to social justice and Reformed theology. That is, I'd go there if I don't keep coming home from work at 1 p.m. on Sundays and taking "naps" that extend into 9 p.m. My church attendence has been spotty lately -_-;;

Presents! I got money, a wallet, stationery, and movie tickets from the family. I also got many, many wonderful cards/ecards/postcards, virtual gifts, food, stories, art, and personal greetings from you all. Thank you! I feel so loved *g*
